Product Description

High Speed 2 Ply Box Making Machine Corrugated Cardboard Cassette Type Single Facer Machine

1. 405C1 Design Speed: 220m/min 360C1 Design Speed: 200m/min

2. Effective width: 1400mm~2500mm

3. corrugated rollers: 405 mm and 360 mm

4. Vacuum adsorptive single-sided machine, the top and bottom corrugated rollers adopt high quality 48crmo, after heat treatment hardness HV1200 or more, the surface is ground tungsten carbide treatment.

5. The machine is equipped with face paper preheating roll and core paper quenching and tempering jet device.

6. The upper and lower corrugated rollers are separated from the whole machine, which can be hoisted and replaced for easy disassembly.

7. The coated cloth is separated along the guide rail for easy cleaning and maintenance.

8. Pressure sensor is used to detect and display the clearance of pressure roll.

9. Automatic adjustment of glue clearance with production speed.

10. When the machine stops, the pressure roll is lifted, the pressure roll is driven by pneumatic force and rotates intermittently. When the pressure roll is heated, the deformation is reduced and the waste of cardboard is reduced.

11. Tooth belt drive is adopted to reduce noise and maintenance cost.

12. Using electric rubber isolation device, the coating runs independently when the main engine stops, prevents the slurry from drying up, and adjusts the amount of digital displaying glue electronically.
