Performance and Characteristics
The machine can finish multi processes one time such as: printing, slotting, creasing, trimming, corner cutting, punching, die cutting, gluing
Machine is designed according to high request and reliable function, humanization operation, it can setting, revision, implement, changing and memories in short time, and display data accurately .
All of drive rollers are made of high quality steel with temper and quenching treatment, not change shape when high speed running, hard chrome plated the surface with grinded.
Main drive gears adopt high quality steel with heat treatment with grinded, adopt cross slip system connect each gear, keep gear fix position, ensure transmission precision.
The main drive roller adopt keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, ensure printing precision.
The machine adopts sealed spray lubrication for gear system, engineer oil automatic balance device; keep the oil level equal in each unit.
Motorized digital phase adjustment with "automatic zero return" and "memories" function PLC control with touch screen
Lead edge feeder with vacuum sucntion, easy operate, high precision.
All units move automatic orderly, locked by pneumatic, alarm continually
Main motor is VFD, working stability, low power consumption.

1,light-pressure lead edge feeder unit
Light pressure Lead edge feeder with vacuum suction, wind is adjustable depend on sheet, make sure feed sheet smoothly.
Main motor with start protecting device, machine cannot run when machine units aren't lock.
Continuous or skip feeding available
Double feed rollers wrapped with rubber, with groove prevent overpressure, reduce pressed sheet
Left-right baffle adjusted by computer with automatic flap, back baffle adjusted by motorized, front baffle manual synchronous adjust.
Dust clearance bush and fan to clean dust on board. Air outlet can be adjusted as per sheet size
Machine units move by motorized and move with alarm belling to make sure safety.
Electronic count can set the production quantity, and reach the quantitative automatic alarm.
2,printing unit
Fast change printing plate, with footstep to control cylinder rotate clockwise or anticlockwise
Feed roller, press roller, rubber roller, anilox roller gap adjust with self-lock part

4,Die-cutting unit
Rubber roller: made of good quality steel, be grinded with chrome plated.
Do balance treatment, improve machine running steady
Rubber cylinder is separate with die cylinder by air cylinder when no cutting, reduce no-load and prolong blanket use-life.
Die roller lift-down automatic by pneumatic control( feed sheets roller go up, stop feeding roller down, make sure correct cutting for every sheets)
Rubber roller move 40mm in left and right, wearable average prolong use-life
Rubber roller rotates follow die roller by speed compensation device whatever how rubber diameter change, make sure rubber speed same as wooden die, keep cut box is consist with wooden die.
Planetary gear structure used for phase adjustment.
Phase adjustment by PLC in 360degree with digital input( can be done when run, stop or clockwise or anticlockwise)
Machine have repair roller to grind blanket, so it can use many times.
Equipped with automatic waste cleaning device, waste paper can be discharged automatically
With slotting knife device,electric auto adjust blade, easy to operate,no need to make wooden die when produce regular cartons.

The printing slotting die cutting machine is equipped with folder & gluer, which has the advantages of simple structure, high folding precision and beautiful folding.

Gluing part
The position adjustment of gluing head is electric, which can be controlled by human-machine interface
Gluing wheel system function. (automatic glue spraying system is optional)
equipped with gluing roller servo control to coordinate the synchronous operation of the host.
The horizontal movement of rubber roller is adjusted by electric screw rod. The size is controlled by man-machine interface
The gluing part adopts nonstop or gluing system to prevent the glue solidification when the machine starts at the end of a short time,the gap of the upper rubber wheel can be adjusted easily, which can adapt to the gluing of 3-8mm thick paper, and the gluing amount can be adjusted easily.
Folding part
Folding beam electric displacement, human-machine interface control.
The front and rear drive shafts are located at the top of the folding beam.
Equipped with adjustable folding rod.
Equipped with elastic roller for conveying belt.
With lower synchronous conveyor belt.
Equipped with carton guide positive side roller.
With upper belt tension set by cylinder, belt extension can automatically compensate.
The belt speed of upper and lower beams and the speed of slotting machine can be adjusted separately, and the gluing folding belt and conveyor belt are very close to the speed of the slotting machine, avoiding the problem of paper grabbing or blocking between the paste box line and the slotting machine.
The speed of lower belt is separately adjusted by the servo motor, that is, when the upper and lower belt speed is different, it can be adjusted to the same, and micro-adjust for rectify correction.
Adopt belt and rubber covered roller to fold, flexible to adjust the angle of folding and easy to operate.
Preloading degree, using up and down sticks adjustable gap preloading can press 3-8mm paper thick folding box, with man-machine interface for easy adjustment.

6,Auto Strapping unit
the strapping machine consists of three units. paper conveyer and steering unit,gather align unit and no-man power strapping unit.
This strapping assembly line is a fully automatic strapping assembly line with the integration of machinery, electricity and gas.
Working environment: the relative humidity is less than or equal to 90%, the temperature is 0-40 degrees Celsius, and the noise is less than or equal to 75 dB (A);
The bandwidth is 5 mm(standard) 0r 9 mm (optionally); the tape reel specification: the inner diameter of the paper core with the ring is 200-210 mm, the outer diameter of the belt ring is 400-450 mm, and the band width is 175-190 mm;
