Main corrugated roll: ¢320mm (size is different according to the different corrugated shape), pressure roll ¢370mm, preheating roll ¢405mm.

1. The negative pressure design is adopted for low heat loss. The core paper can be evenly pressed and attached to the surface of corrugated roll,so that corrugated rolls can be formed better. Because of uniform pressure, glue for the single-sided corrugated paper could be bonding better.
2. 15 minutes Quick roll change. the whole set of corrugated rolls are fixed on the machine base and driven by motor. the corrugated rolls can be easily replaced by a few button switching
3. Corrugated rollers are made of 48CRMO high quality alloy steel, which is heat treated and ground with tungsten carbide.
4. High stability air bag control system with air pressure buffer are adopted for corrugated rollers and pressure rollers.
5. Glue amount adjusted by electric, gluing width adjusted by electric, independently glue coating system runs when the main engine stops, so the glue could be prevented from dry up.
6. Movable gluing system, in addition to easy cleaning, is more conducive for maintenance.
7. Simple operation control system. Operation interface displays operation status, function selection, fault indication, troubleshooting and parameter setting with Touch color screen. Shows a complete functions, simple operation and humanization machine.
8. The built-in preset adjuster has a spray system to adjust the temperature and moisture content of the core paper.
9. High temperature grease is used for main and auxiliary corrugated rollers and pressure roll bearings to ensure the service life and smooth operation of bearings.
