Product Description

Structure and features:
1. Synchronous servo-motor control for slitting blade, scorers. To do resetting automatically with accurate size. Change order in 20seconds. Or change order immediately without reducing speed, if have two sets of machine in line.
2.  Schneider PLC control system with CANopen general line can restore orders. It has a signal input interface that keeps the same speed with double baker.
3. There is a 10.4inch colorful touch screen that can restore 999 groups of orders, change orders automatically or manual, automatic trouble alarming.
4. Two types of scorer: convex to concave, convex to flat, change them automatically. The press line deep can be adjusted by computer control. With good line and easy to bend.
5. Tungsten alloy steel blade is sharpening, use-life over 8 million meters. Grinding blade by computer control, grind it automatically or manually. To grind blade while slitting, improve work effectively.
6. Liner bearing is used to hold blade and scorer seat, size position accurately, no accumulated error.
7. The imported synchronous belt for transmission, high precision, long use-life, low noise
