FUNCTION AND USES
The machine adopts automatic lead edge feeding system and double roller rotary type. It can perform all process of slitting, creasing, corner cutting and hit special hole at one time. It has advantage of high precision, easy to operate, high speed ,long service life and low cost.

IMPORTANT FEATURES

Independent lead edge feeding unit

1. Motorized control machine units move, the warming belt is alarming when moving, make sure working safety.
2. Drive shaft is equipped with friction clutch to avoid damage machine caused by incorrect operation.
3. When machine units separate, each brake system work automatically, make sure gear positioning accurately, fix die cutting phase, ensure gear engaged correct when machine units lock. 
4. Machine unit adopts pneumatic locking system.
5. Main motor frequency conversion control, energy saving. Main motor with start protecting device, machine can not run when machine units aren't lock.   
6. Adopts lead edge feeder with wind volume system, it can adjust wind volume according on cardboard bending status to ensure feeding board smoothly.
7. Top feed roller is made of high qualified steel, the outside be wrapped wear-resisting rubber, don't destroy flute, guarantee feeding precision,Bottom roller used high-quality steel, precision grinding, knurling, hard chrome plated paper roll hand mode rapid clearance of fine-tuning self-locking device, equipped with a dial display to adjust direction and numerical.
8. The left and right baffles adopt electric control, the front side baffles space adopts electric adjustment, the back baffle box be adjusted by motorized.

Die cutting unit with slotting knife

3. The rubber feeding roller with resorte device, feeding accurately, stably, not destroy paperboard strength if the feeding space is very small.
4. The left and right side baffles adopt electric control , the back baffles adopt electric adjustment, the front baffle space manual sync adjustment.
5. Equipped with colors touch screen take 360 degree set to die roller, display product speed and set production quantity.
6. Automatic lateral movement of cushion roller 40 mm from left to right, When the rubber pad is used unevenness, can open the function of the rubber roller, prolong the service life of the rubber pad.
7. Adopt high-quality rubber pad. The roller is made of cast steel, with a wall thickness of 45mm, Pneumatic manual or automatic control of die cutting roll, die cutting roll to lift cutting paper, stop the paper feed to fall to avoid damage to the rubber pad.
8. Electrically adjusted phase die-cutting position,The transmission gear is automatically sprayed and lubricated, and the service life of the gear is prolonged.
9. Option:With slotting knife ,easy to use,save space and cost,when make regular carton no need to make wooden die,cutting quality is good.
