1. Feeding unit

2	Roller type lead edge feeder	• Adopts lead edge feeder with wind volume system, it can adjust wind volume according on cardboard bending status to ensure feeding board smoothly.
3	Feeding roller	• Top feed roller is made of high qualified steel, the outside be wrapped wear-resisting rubber, don't destroy flute, guarantee feeding precision, improve the printing accuracy. • Bottom roller used high-quality steel, precision grinding, knurling, hard chrome plated paper roll hand mode rapid clearance of fine-tuning self-locking device, equipped with a dial display to adjust direction and numerical.
5	Baffles	• The left and right baffles adopt electric digital control, the front baffles space adopts manual adjustment, the back baffle box be adjusted by motorized.

3. Die cutting unit

   • Automatic compensation device for linear speed of rubber cushion roller to prolong the service life of superior adhesive.

• Automatic lateral movement of cushion roller 40 mm from left to right, prolonging the service life of superior rubber

• When the rubber pad is used unevenness, can open the function of the rubber roller, prolong the service life of the rubber pad.

• Adopt high-quality Germany Depair rubber pad.

• The roller is made of cast steel, with a wall thickness of 45mm,

• Die-cutting roller for slotting (synchronous knife), when there is a common slotting box can not do die cutting.
